***Note:  All times listed are the actual length of the hands-on session. Unlike other businesses that list an hour and give you 50 minutes, here at Health! Aligned, we give you the time you deserve.***

Swedish Massage (60 minutes):  If all you are look for is a relaxing session at an affordable rate, look no further than here. Although this session does not include focus work, it is still packed full of benefits that massage can offer. Even if you are already in the peek of health today, you will still find yourself feeling even better after your session!

Swedish Massage (90 minutes):  Built upon the 60 minute Swedish Massage, this session is more than just more time. Hot towels and aroma therapy are included with this service for no additional charge, and some focus work can be accommodated at the request of your practitioner. With 50% more time, every muscle will feel it got the time it deserved!

Deep Tissue Massage (75 minutes):  Feeling a bit stiff or in pain? This session is geared more towards resolving muscle tension and the like. For 1-2 areas of deep focus, this session can still be a full body massage; however, those who have 3 or more areas of focus, we recommend that you discuss with your practitioner which areas of the body you are comfortable with skipping.

Deep Tissue Massage (120 minutes):  This is where we pull out all the stops to give you the most improvement in your aches and pains. This service does not only do deep tissue focus work, but also includes:  range of motion and stretching; myofascial; positional release and trigger point techniques. Specific to this service, you can also include our Complete Enhancements Special for only $20 more (see Enhancements below for details).

Hot Stone Therapy (75 minutes):  This session is similar to our 60 min. Swedish Massage but with the added luxury of our hot stones. The heat will do wonders to your muscles, releasing tension with every sighing, "ahhh...".

Energy Work (90 minutes):  At Health! Aligned, our practitioners have been trained in Polarity Therapy to help balance the energies within your body and cleanse your chakra and auras. While there are many ways people try to describe this work, the experience is very unique and personalized. During the session, different thoughts and emotions may swell up inside you. It is our hope that the work we do will clear your body, mind, and spirit so that you can approach these thoughts and emotions from a place of clarity. We hold you in your highest alignment throughout the session so that you may see it, too. Note:  The practitioner "test" for the work they will perform, and every session is highly individualized. As a result, a session usually takes between 60 and 90 minutes, but the actual time won't be determined until completion of the session. Therefore, we charge with the potential for a 90 minute session, but actual cost is determined by time.

81-90 minutes = $130 // 71-80 minutes = $120 // 61-70 minutes = $110 // 60 minutes or less = $100

*A session will always be at least 50 minutes, never to exceed 90.*

Integrated Energy Work (90 minutes):  This session is a Swedish Massage focused on relaxation with added Polarity techniques as the practitioner sees fit. This work should be the best way to rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit. If you have never had energy work before, or it has been a very long time, you should probably book an Energy Work session first. This service is a great way to help combine massage and energy to maintain a healthy you!
